The quick change jaw chucks have been designed to take advantage of the modern day cutting tools, high speeds, short time cycles and repetitive accuracy.

These chucks incorporate gripping force transmission through the wedge bar arrangement tangentially in the body, thus avoiding minimum chucking forces at maximum speeds. The set-up time is also reduced considerably, since the base jaws and top jaws are kept ready for replacement every time the component or the sequence of operation is changed. The jaws are pre-machined to suit the component and have built -in repetitive accuracy.

These chucks are supplied with one set of hard jaws, soft jaws and jaw releasing key.

Jaws can be replaced in 60secs. or less time
Minimum chucking force loss and aboslutely even chucking characteristics even at highest speeds due to low centrifugal force design
All the sliding sureface are made of alloy steel, hardened and ground.
